Planner

PLANNER ( primavera), with reasonable experience ( 2 - 5 years ) , and has the ability to do the following , but not limited to:
1- Master Time Schedule:
High level schedule to show the major activities in the project and forecast completion date.
2- Detailed time schedule:
Detailed schedule to show all project activities and dependencies along with the forecast completion date.
3- Cost Loading & Cash Flow:
Cost Loading is a spread excel sheet to distribute the BOQ quantity and prices to project schedule, this will be reflected to the schedule to create cash flow and payment certificate as per EVM (earned value management).
4- Manpower Loading & Manpower Histogram:
Manpower loading is a spread excel sheet distribute the BOQ quantities to project activities to estimate the required manpower for each activities as per the given productivity rate or as per standards productivity rate.
5- (Weekly/monthly) updates:
Get updates from site and create weekly/monthly report as per client requirement.
6- (Material & Shop drawings) Tracking:
provide effective forms to monitor the status about shop drawings & material to avoid any delay and make the work more organized in any project.
