FBU Solutions is an eCommerce consulting company focused on creating growth opportunities for Brands and Private Labels across the US, Europe, Canada, and Asia.
We are currently looking for an executive assistant that can provide administrative support to the CEO, as well as scheduling, coordinating with team members and clients.
As the EA to the CEO, you are in a very important position to support the team to maximizecCEO’s efficiency. You will need to be detail-orientated, adaptable, quick-thinking, resourceful, and trust-worthy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proficient in documenting and preparing meeting minutes & sending out minutes on a timely basis.
• Creates presentations to be used for client and team meetings.
• Maintains appointment schedule for the CEO as needed.
• Proactively develops reports, using spreadsheets and slides.
• Creates and mails meeting notices, invitations, etc.
• Coordinates various meetings; records, transcribes, and
• Contacts meeting attendees; tracks and reports attendance to the CEO.
• Must be able to communicate professionally at all times with colleagues, clients, and other business leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an executive assistant
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Must be willing to work full-time
• Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
• Must have a reliable internet connection and an appropriate working environment for virtual meetings
• Critical thinking skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, creative
• Attention to detail
