VA for pilates & Nutrition business

I would like an experienced VA to write posts, write facebook and instagram advertisements, to organise my database and write and schedule Mailchimp emails and newsletters. To manage blog post on my webiste and reply to emails.
I am looking for a VA to hep grow my email list, so support signup to my mailchimp, facebook and instagram.
I am looking for 2-3 hours work a week intially.
