Amazon Expert

I own an Amazon store that is now on vacation mode. A few months back, I had a company out of Israel running, scaling, sourcing, and managing my store, they did not do great. Although I was making sales, many of my clients were returning orders back to me because of defective, damaged, and used items that were being sold from my store. Again, I was literally hands-off as the company (Profitzon) was doing it all. I had to part ways with Profitzon. However, I was left with a fully functional store, which I do not know how to manage. I am thinking about dropshipping from my store starting my own brand. I plan to use printful to print my private items. I am open to continuing with Walmart as well.
