Office Admin - Reporting and assisting company director

You will initially be doing a variety of tasks which will involve monthly reporting that need to be completed regularly.

The rest of your time will be carrying out a wide variety of tasks that I need completing. Training will be given when necessary. Everyday could involve a new challenge, I always start new and exciting business ventures and I'm looking for a loyal, keen, hardworking individual to assist me on this journey.

Something I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is:

*Updating rent received for property rental using online software called Landlord Vision
*Reviewing our business costs within online software called Quickbooks and assigning it to a project cost code for me to
analyse business costs
*compiling monthly reports

Future tasks will be assisting in the role of a Quantity Surveyor for a house building project. I was a professional Quantity Surveyor for 15 years and training in this role will be given when necessary.

Transforma Home Ltd - Buys and rents out residential properties
Transforma Home Building Services Ltd - Builds and Renovates properties in South Wales, Uk
Fernhill Valley Farm - Farming activities such as raising sheep & pigs and rents out glamping pods on the farm
My main hobby is practicing Brazilian Jiujitsu
