Junior Architect/Senior Drafter

3E Design is looking to hire one senior drafter or junior architect position in Philippines.
Working Hours: 2PM-11PM PST (5AM to 2PM Philippines time) with 1 hour break

Job responsibilities:
1) Drafting residential single family homes architectural plans per company standard
2) Design floor plan and facade of residential projects

Must have:
1) AutoCAD experience 2 yrs
2) Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
3) Faster computer for demanding application.
4) Available to work 40+ hours per week.

Nice to have:
1) Chief Architect experience
2) Basic understanding in housing design.
3) Realistic Architectural 3D rendering experience
