eCommerce Listing Specialist

Schedule: Sun/Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri

Liloo Signature is looking for an experience eCommerce listings specialist to join their growing team. You must have experience in retail/clothing and a passion for fashion. We are based in Canada so due to the time difference, we can only accept applications from those who are comfortable with the schedule and can work independently.

Main Duties

Listing

• List product catalogue on Shopify, eBay and Wish
• Resize all images on Canvas
• Update inventory daily/weekly
• Organize collections
• Create banners

Social media
• Build bi-weekly/monthly Instagram planogram
• Manage social media post across all channels: Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest
• Increase engagement/followers
• Create weekly Facebook and Instagram stories

Customer service
• Provide 5 stars customer experience
• Maintain a 24h turn around response time
• Order fulfillment

Required
• Proper work equipments
• 2+ Years’ experience listing products on Shopify and eBay
• 5+ Years’ experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel and functions like V-Lookup, etc.
• 3+ Years’ experience with Social Media
• Sales and Digital marketing experience a PLUS
