Applications Specialist/Ghost Writer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and solicit employment opportunities, for the purpose of securing long term, consistent, dependable work/accounts/jobs/projects.
• Create, maintain and manage all application materials and related documents used for employment solicitation.
• Maintain high quality, error free proposals, documents and application materials.
• Assist in the collection, creation and maintenance of documents, memos, contact information, etc.
• Your schedule is up to you! You can work part-time or full-time!
• You will use their own computer, headset, Internet access and other requirements of the position to provide the services mentioned above.


Requirements:
• Excellent written English!
• Perform work with a sense of urgency and excitement.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for desired outcomes.
• 1+ years human resource or application/proposal management, or writing experience preferred.
• Must have experience in reading, creating and responding to job postings/proposals. Must be able to understand documents through the eyes of the hiring manager.
• Bring creativity to your writing to avoid work becoming routine or repetitive.

• Special consideration given to candidates with knowledge and experience in IT, Software Development, Software Engineer, etc.!

Compensation:
• This role is 100% commission based with uncapped commissions! Our very generous commission structure allows you to capitalize on your strengths, experiences and technical knowledge!
• Potential to earn two commissions from every account/job/proposal your work brings to the team!
