Experienced Team Leader for Telemarketer Needed for a Growing Company!

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to supervise our team of telemarketers. Our ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated professional who can lead the team successfully and contribute to building good relationships with clients and increase company sales.

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide encouragement to the team and communicate individual and team goals
Help (if needed) present the brand product solutions and value proposition to customers
Answer questions from telemarketers and oversee compliance to quality and other guidelines
Develop strategies to ensure the team’s adherence to performance goals
Ensure proper documentation and call recordings for quality purposes
Monitor attendance and make sure that telemarketers are following proper adherence
Conduct team meetings to update telemarketers on best practices and expectations
Do coaching sessions with telemarketers to identify best ways to carry out their duties and boost their skills for maximum results
Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely reports to management
Conduct skill check and identify training needs for each team member
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the team
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Any other tasks provided by the manager
Job requirements:

At least two years of proven experience in leading and managing a team of telemarketers
Experience in lead generation
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Good motivational skills that can help bring out the best in team members
Ability to multi-task
Ability to deal with demanding clients and escalations
Proficient in Microsoft Apps
Strong inner drive, self-discipline, and organizational skills
