JOB OVERVIEW



Hi!
I'm looking to bring on a full time virtual assistant to help with our the creation and management of our online content.

We're a small business located in Orlando, FL and we recently updated our website and have big plans to take over our local market creating a content based site that will out rank our competitors by out working them 10x.

We're in the kitchen remodeling business, focusing on the high end of the market. We design magazine quality kitchens.

We've developed a content strategy to focus on three key areas, Kitchen Remodeling, Outdoor Kitchens and Appliances.

I've spec'd out content, have gotten 25% of it written and approved and is ready to be posted to our site. Our goal in the next few months to get 100+ pieces of content live on our site so the Google machine can work it's magic.

That's where you come in. I have all these great ideas, have put forth the effort to get everything created, but I don't have the time to get everything posted and polished like I want it to be.

Management of Social Media Profiles
Posting Blog Content to Website & doing the basic on page SEO based on Rank Math recommendations
Creating "micro" content from the blog posts which include youtube videos, social posts etc using Canva
Research of social media hash tags, keywords etc
Development of Content Outlines (researching competitor pages & building out similar posts)


Specific Deliverables,

One of the first tasks I'd like you to tackle is to build out in Asana the process for how we are going to work together. I'd like to create the templates and processes so we can stay extremely organized and be able to prioritize the work that needs to be ---------- , I've had several blog posts written on a variety of topics, currently in MS Word format, ready to be posted. There may be light content editing needed as we progress to add keywords we've identified, but I didn't originally spec out when I had the content written.

For each written blog post we want to do the following,

Get the post created on our site
Create a video version of the post
Create “mini” content from each post to be used on facebook, instagram, pinterest etc.
Specifics,

Take the word file and create a post on our wordpress site
Make sure we're “in the green” for each post based on the Rank Math SEO plug in (super simple if can follow step by step instructions, like "keyword is not in alt text on an image, or there are no outbound links, or keyword density is too low)
From our vendor supplied photography, our project photography, stock royalty free video & photo - suggest for approval photos/videos for each blog post. Upon approval add them to the posts
Edit down each blog post into a voice over script for a youtube video (I'll record the voice over)
Create a video using royalty free photos, video and our own photography for each blog post and the voice over i record. (I've got an intro & outro already done) see this video as an example of our first attempt


Create a pinterest pin-able image in our Canva Pro account for the blog post
Create 5-7 pins/social posts from various topics / elements of each blog post (as many as make sense) with platform appropriate versions of the 5-7 on pinterest, facebook, instagram linking back to blog post. (so there would be a total of like 15-20 actual posts per blog post
Need to figure out the actual strategy for how they get posted, i.e. load them up in a scheduler or something.
