Virtual assistant Cold Calling receive 20 dollars when you get hire

Hi, my name is Josh and we are looking for virtual assistants. The shift is Tuesday to Saturday from 12 am to 8 am manila time (subject to change). The pay is 4 dollars per hour but you will receive a bonus every time we sold a house and the lead was yours. So it's really up to you to earn more money. Having knowledge and experience in real estate is a plus but not a requirement

-cold calling
-Social media engagement
