JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a FULL TIME LONG TERM candidate whose responsibility it will be to manage the product research and social media channels across the AICO-Zero Waste ( ---------- ) brand and charities.

— ABOUT THE POSITION:
The successful candidate will manage a busy but productive schedule producing a diverse range of content and be open to self-improvement and learning as much as possible.

This will include, but not limited to:
• Product Research and leveraging tools such as Helium 10 Blackbox, Cerebro etc
• Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising campaigns on online platforms: Amazon, eBay Google, Facebook and leveraging automation tools such as Helium10 Ads
• Infographics
• Packaging
• Print design
• Social media ads (facebook, Google)
• Video ads
• Short promotional videos
• Charity research

— ABOUT YOU: Key characteristics:
• Reliable - you will be a member of the team, not a freelance employee. We expect the right candidate to be dependable, punctual and hard working
• Great communicator - be proficient in written and spoke English. We expect you to be able to share ideas and help make the working environment productive and efficient using good communication
• Self motivated - you will have regular contact with our team, but the remote nature of your role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate yourself towards goals and targets agreed upon by your manager
• Ability to work under pressure - you will be working within regular deadlines. These will be fair deadlines and regularly reviewed, but will need to be met apart from in extreme circumstances
• Excellent attention to detail - your design work will be in front of thousands of customers every day and needs to be flawless. You should only apply for this role if the quality of your work is of a high level

— DESIRED Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficient in Adobe Suite - primarily Photoshop and Illustrator (MUST be able to ? build designs from scratch)
• Able to show portfolio of previous work
• Fluent in English: speaking & writing
• High speed, stable internet access
• Stable power supply
• Own a reliable, powerful computer able to handle the workload
• All up to date Adobe and relevant video editing software

— REQUIRED Skills:
• Amazon Seller Central > Advertising tools: PPC, Store, Coupon/Vouchers, Deals
• Amazon Vendor Central > Advertising tools: PPC, Store, Coupon/Vouchers, Deals
• Graphic Design (used platforms like Adobe Illustrator or canva)
• Helium 10 suite of tools
• Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator - ability to create designs from scratch
• 3D rendering (not essential, but would help)
• Video Editing
• Color grading
• Detailed video editing from start to finish of project You must show an ability to create graphic and video work that is appealing to a Western customer base. You may be required to do a small amount of customer service and admin at certain times of the ---------- return you will be well compensated as detailed below.
• Familiar working with eCommerce (online) businesses
• Microsoft Excel and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
• Google sheets

— ABOUT THE PAY:
Salary:
• $400-$800 monthly, dependant on experience and portfolio quality
• Full time - 40 hours per week, Filipino day-time
• You will be a valued member of the team, and the growth of your compensation will reflect this
• You will receive quarterly bonuses subject to excellent performance along with annual pay reviews

• 13 month bonus every year (prorated for the first year)

• Generous vacation allowance including public holidays You will be paid daily for the first week and weekly in arrears thereafter.

• STAGE 2: Application Project § Should you be successful in stage 1, you will receive instructions for a project to complete. This will be due within 24hours and should take a maximum of 5 hours working time to complete. You will be paid $5/hour for this project, a total of $25.
