ASSOCIATE EDITOR

Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder with strong writing and communication skills and at least 3 years of copy editing experience. Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to respect writer’s style. Basic SEO, social media and online content management understanding is a definite advantage. Able to meet deadlines, self-motivated and has own initiative.

Main Duties:
1. Assist in putting together monthly magazine, online/digital content and newsletter
2. Deliver the complete editorial line-up flawlessly edited, with accurate information and SEO friendly headlines and subheads
3. Improve coordination with contributors, process efficiency, quality and robustness of content
4. Ensure the proper integration of content across platforms – print, online and digital
5. Develop other content/collaboration opportunities with key community groups/potential contributors/personalities
