Lead Manager/Lead Intake Real Estate

We are a successful, fast-growing, real estate investment company in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee. We are looking for experienced lead intake/lead manager to manage our seller’s lead.


Job Responsibilities-

Setup outbound text campaign in CRM
Respond to incoming calls and incoming messages
Set up appointments with seller
Cold calling to motivated seller’s list
Leads follow up, set up appointments with seller
Post Ads on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Data entry and data management for seller’s lead
Lead generation through various platform
Administrative support

Qualification-
Education:
• Bachelor's Required
Experience:
• Real Estate related experience: 2 years (Required)
• Admin, Cold calling and CRM experience: 3 years (Required)

Job Types: Part time/Full Time
Pay: $4-$6 USD/Hr
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
