Telemarketer Wanted! (Singapore Company)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to attend the previews they have signed up for.

The goal is to promote business growth by calling to remind attendees who sign up to attend the preview.

Responsibilities

- Cold call potential leads after they have signed up to attend a preview/seminar and follow up with them
- Use scripts to provide information about course's link, date and time.
- Key in the attendance received by the leads inside an excel spreadsheet.
- Persuade the lead to buy by demonstrating how the course can meet their needs post preview.

Requirements

- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Preferably experience with talking to potential leads in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
