Sales Assistant

Position: Part-Time Sales Assistant
Compensation: $3/hr starting salary
Expected Hours: 25 hours/week to start (estimated 3am-8am Tues-Sat Philippine time?)

Looking for sales assistant to support our in-house US-Based Sales team. Our company is now growing and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us!

The job will be Part-Time at 25 hours a week with a rate of $3/hr with an opportunity to increase depending on your performance.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident with a strong customer service and sales background as well as experience and understanding of CRMs. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is quick and eager to learn new systems as you will be handling and learning new tools and apps that we use for our Sales team.

Workload Outline:
1. Generating Leads for the Sales team using our tools
2. Add and Update Leads to our CRM
3. Support Reps / In-house Sales Team
- assigning leads to reps on CRM
- monitor sales records and lead progress
- assist reps with daily follow-ups and making sure leads are called
- do follow-up phone calls and set appointments as needed
- help develop and implement new effective systems for the sales team

As you will potentially be contacting clients, we also need someone with strong English writing and speaking skills.
