Developer Needed to Increase Load Speed Performance & Mobile Responsiveness

We are a digital marketing agency focused on the elective medical space. We are currently prepping our clients for the upcoming Google update in May.

Google plans to update its algorithm in 2021 to include a factor called Page Experience. This includes existing Google Search signals such as mobile-friendliness, safe-browsing, HTTPS, and intrusive interstitial ---------- also includes metrics in Google’s Web Vitals to do with a site’s loading speed, interactivity, and visual stability. For site owners and others, understanding these signals and making the necessary changes should be a priority. Among the steps to take are optimizing for mobile, improving page speeds, CTAs, and alt text for images.

We are looking for a talented and experienced freelance developer to join our SEO Team and help us improve performance for our clients.

Expectations:
This role will be required to collaborate with the current SEO team to identify and resolve major issues impacting our client’s performance. Will evaluate performance based on before and after measurement scores.

If you are able to get all of our client’s score to 90% or above you will receive a $1000 USD Bonus.

Required Experience:
- Must have 5 Years of Professional Experience in Relevant Field
- Must have a strong understanding of technical SEO
- Must provide 2 references
- Must be familiar with WordPress
