Ambitious Sales Assistant With Strong English Skills

4ChangeMakers is an online education platform for purpose-driven entrepreneurs with the aim to teach tools and strategies to help impact businesses grow. We run online courses and also have 1:1 consulting programs. We also host different events for our community, and the flagship of them is the '4ChangeMakers Lunch Club.' It is our weekly show where we always invite a thought leader from our industry for an interview.

We started 4ChangeMakers because we want to be a driving force in building a new, inclusive, sustainable economy, restoring our planet's resources, and supporting communities and the environment.

We are currently looking for a purpose-driven Sales Assistant who is motivated to support us on our mission. We work location-independent so that this position will be 100% remote. We are based in Europe and operate mainly during those business hours.

As a Sales Assistant in our team, your main tasks will be:
- Reaching out to prospects and potential partners on LinkedIn or via email based on templates we provide
- Research and contact potential Collaboration Partners and Media Partners
- Research potential guests for the 4ChangeMakers Lunch Club and gather essential background information
- Optimize videos for Keywords on our newly started YouTube Channel
- General market research that helps us to improve our sales

What we are looking for:
- A freelance Sales Assistant with up to 20h time per week
- Three or more years of proven experience in Sales Support
- Fluent in English (this is the key language we communicate in)
- Language skills in Spanish and German are a Bonus
- Ideally, you have already worked with other purpose-driven businesses
- Someone with an open and flexible mindset who is willing to question their own assumptions and adapt their approach to unique circumstances and local context
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural communication differences;
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-motivation, including the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively;
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth in the areas of personal development, ethical communication, and social entrepreneurship
