Real Estate Property Researcher & Acquisitions Cold Caller

The Commercial Real Estate Property Researcher & Acquisitions Cold Caller will be responsible for the following:
- researching specific properties in given geographic areas of the US (ie, CA, TN, MA, FL)
- logging addresses and property ownership information into APTO (salesforce)
- maintaining and growing this database
- researching phone numbers of property owners
- calling on these property owners to gauge interest in a potential sale

This role is full time, and we are looking for someone who can research, log, and call on approximately 500 properties per week.
