Sales Specialist For Home Services

### This job requires EXCELLENT phone communication and sales skills. All of our leads are 'inbound' this is NOT cold calling.

We are seeking a motivated individual to handle our inbound leads. You will learn and earn at the highest level possible.

About Company

We are a local home service company that sells home improvement projects. All of our projects can be estimated and sold over the phone. Then are scheduled to be completed with our local crews.

|| Responsibilities:||

-Handle inbound Phone calls and web form leads.
-Communicate with lead and quote project
-Rigorously follow up and close with leads in your pipeline
-Send service agreements & take deposit (credit card by phone).
-Schedule project with our internal crews.


|| MUST-HAVE Qualifications:||

*Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
*Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
*Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close over the phone
*Ability to use or quickly learn CRM

|| Compensation and Other Details ||

-Salary: $6 USD/ hour plus commission
-Additional Compensation: Commission on all closed sales & monthly bonuses
-Work Location: Fully Remote
-Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM EST
