We are a growing very rapidly, fun and dynamic business which sells our products on Amazon and our own website. We seek our newest team member for a long term part time position.
Fun and rapidly growing Amazon and e-commerce business seeks newest team member for Amazon customer support. Must have experience as an Amazon Customer Support Representative or Manager.
The role is for an experienced Amazon customer service representative but if you are a problem solver with other skills then let us know. We want you to enjoy your job, grow in your position as well as complete the work assignment.
We are seeking a long term relationship with a reliable, experienced and dedicated customer support professional. We need someone who can hit the ground running and can contribute ideas to add value to our customer service area. .
Must have demonstrated experience with:
1) Amazon software
2) trouble shooting, customer service emails correspondence
3) Available for chats
4) Amazon business
5) e-commerce experience
The role requires a person who is reliable, consistent, organized and who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail and consistent discipline to follow up and follow through. Skills include humor, conflict resolution or problem solving, clear communication skills, ability to use positive language, knowledge of how an Amazon business works, knowledge of our products, willingness to learn, goal oriented and ability to handle surprises.
Primary tasks include:
• Incoming and outgoing email correspondence to customers
• Initiating fulfillment requests when necessary
• Providing refunds when necessary
• Phone calls when necessary
