What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Facebook ads guru who can support our head of paid social. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of driving results through direct response marketing campaigns using FACEBOOK BUSINESS MANAGER. The candidate must be skilled and well-versed in developing, testing, and optimizing audiences, creative and campaigns.

****Must be extremely proficient in Facebook Business Manager - Conversions, ---------- Facebook Pixel, A/B testing, analysing data and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Day to day campaign management on tasks that are delivered via ---------- ploy campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Monitor results and key metrics for success and suggest changes to improve account performance where needed
Conduct Target Market Research, Audience Targeting Research, Competitor Research
Liaise with design team for creative design, ads Copywriting, split-testing
Daily optimization/management on campaigns and strategies
Assist with reporting

Beneficial experience (not required) would include:

Agency experience in a similar role for a company in Australia, UK, US or Canada
Ad design

Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience working in the paid traffic space with Facebook & Instagram Ads being the major focus
Attention to detail and accuracy in work is the key to success in this role
Proven track record working across multiple campaigns and delivering real results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs
The ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to internal teams
Have a performance-driven mindset and attitude
Be efficient, organised and task-oriented
Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, tasks & projects at once
Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team

Ideally, you would have some experience with the following:

Document Management via Google Suite - Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
Project Management via Trello
Team communication via Slack & Zoom
