JOB OVERVIEW

We Looking for a Team Leader to manage or co-manage our buyer team department. We are the largest RE/MAX Franchise for the whole state of New Jersey comprising 14 Offices and operating overseas teams for the past 10 years.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable Internet Connection - at least 10 MBPS.
- Dedicated laptop or desktop with minimum 8GB of RAM.
- Noise cancelling Headset (REQUIRED)
- Backup internet connection
- Dedicated Home Office Set up - Free from Background Noises (dogs, roosters etc).

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Have managed BUYER ISA TEAMS (A MUST).
- Experienced in KV Core and its functionalities.
- In-depth knowledge in the Real Estate Market (i.e buyer) in the US.
- Can think outside the box - formulate plans and steps to get results.
- Attention to details - call listening and quality assurance.
- Attention to Results - be able to communicate to all stakeholders to get the results needed.
- Troubleshooting Skills - Can resolve technical challenges for the team (Tech Savvy).
- Coachable and open to feedback.
