Sales manager

We are a team of designers and developers who provide custom services to clients as a part of the business model.

What we are looking for, are sales managers who engage with leads and take care of the sale part of the work. You as a sales manager will be receiving leads who are all potential clients and you need to turn as many as them to actual clients.

Responsibilities

Your responsibility is engaging with leads (potential clients) that the marketing team sends to you.
Also, the other parts of the projects that involve selling and payment, need you for sure.

Requirements

The primary skill is a sales management and regarding our services that are data processing, graphic design, web development, SEO, and marketing, you need to know about at least one of these subjects as you'll be talking about those subjects with clients directly. So, you need to be:

Experienced and Expert in sales management
Flexible and willing to teamwork
Enough information about at least one of the subjects below:
Data processing, writing, and copyrighting
Graphic design, Animation, and 3D modeling
Front-end, back-end, CMS, and software development
SEO and marketing

Conditions

The work is fully remote and you can do it anywhere.
The earning is in a commission form and it's 20% of sales, payable after complete client checkout.

We have an extended system and you'll be given the necessary tools that you need for working. The thing is if you're willing to integrate yourself with the tools that we use.

Also, your suggestions about the environment that works better in your opinion will be appreciated.
Some of the tools we use are Trello, Google Drive, GitLab, and communication tools.
