1. Updates and monitors actual pump-out volume vs. target.
2. Conducts volume performance review vs. Retail Specialist and Station Manager.
3. Conducts random dipstick reading during station visit to monitor and validate inventory, Cash Count, and pump reading.
4. Formulates and recommends local promo activities to boost station sales.
5. Reviews effectiveness of station promos.
6. Surveys competitors’ prices in the area and recommend price matches.
7. Provide refreshers course training to station personnel.
8. Oversee stock level inventory of the Stations and recommend a schedule of ordering.
9. Conducts station performance rating to ensure that the station is complying with standards such as G Steps, Uniform, housekeeping, and governmental.
10. Scouts potential business opportunities for the Station and assists the Station Manager in closing P.O. accounts.
11. Monitors completeness of all Operational permits including renewal.
12. Secures station insurance.
13. Oversees station compliance of Standard operating procedures and maintenance of station facilities cleanliness.
14. Monitor and coordinate with other departments re station opening preparation.
15. Prepares station visit report.
16. Recommends station opening activity and promos.
