ASSISTANT TEACHER - CANVA

Hi, I need an assistant to help me teach students and also create training material in Canva or Word or some way to create flow charts or documents to help me express my teachings.

By the way, you don't need qualifications to be a real teacher, but you need to have a teacher's personality and creativity to explain things in other ways

You will need to use Canva/photoshop or some design software to be able to create nice material for students to use.

You might need to create spreadsheets also.

An index for the class (like a book)

Then also answer questions and teach it (like customer service but for Members only and Students Inside the class)

You will get to know the material in and out.

First year you will need to be trained and be in creative mode and then handle customers.
20,000 PHP per month + 30,000 PHP at the end of one year as a 13th month bonus
Second Year you will make 30,000 PHP/per month then bonus will be 40,000 for the 13th month bonus totalling 400k/year
Total is 400,000 PHP per year.

Plus perks like total of 4 weeks off for sick days and vacation days.

Your hours will need to be somewhat on EST timezone for at least some of the time so we can communicate
40 hours a week. 5 days a week for 8 hours a day.

(At least for the first month, then some of your hours can be in your own timezone)

Your English needs to be amazing. You will be communicating in English with customers so your english has to be good

You will take lessons I have created and make them better with exercises so students can learn more.

You need to be someone who can have ideas to make something better.

You will help with the training material - this will probably take 2 months

Then after you will help with questions with the students.

You might organise live QA questions so we have an order with questions in the right manner.

You will also do some content research.
