Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist

We are an Amazon Seller based in London, UK, and we're currently looking to hire an experienced Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist.

The qualified applicant should have at least one year of experience in product sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and shipping goods from manufacturer to warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research best selling products on Amazon UK and US.
• Researches/collects and analyzes data on the competitive environment, current product offering, customer needs, and sales trends.
• Source and tune private label consumer goods opportunities within the UK, US, and China to sell in Amazon.
• Source and tune wholesale items from US and UK suppliers
• Communicate with potential suppliers for stock availability, pricing, manufacturing, and product optimization
• Carrying out listing analysis and performance research and presenting it in a data-driven report with root cause analysis and recommendations
• Create detailed and well-presented reports of products sourced complete with analysis


REQUIRED SKILLS

• Previous experience sourcing products A MUST. We’re looking for the BEST and ONLY those with PRIOR EXPERIENCE.
• Solid experience with sourcing, high-quality products from online stores in the UK and the US
• Experience with international sourcing – focus on China
• Proven ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to work hard and perform well.
• Skilled in planning and organizing with the ability to complete tasks on deadline.
• Proactive and requires minimal supervision
• High level of accuracy in all work with excellent attention to detail


REQUIRED EQUIPMENT AND SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

• Able to work a FIXED SCHEDULE following UK BUSINESS HOURS. (If you can’t follow this DON’T APPLY)
• Atleast 5mbps high-speed internet connection with enough bandwidth to support video conferencing, large file downloads/uploads, etc.
• A headset with mic and webcam for audio and video calls (interviews will be with ---------- via Skype calls so ensure you have a Skype account ready before you apply)
• Reliable computer or laptop, with enough data space to install our software, and handle big data processing.
