We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Full-time job, with or without BPO experience located in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, definite and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:
• At least HS/SHS Grad
• No CC experience required
• Ability to communicate in English both spoken and written forms of communication
• Amendment to work on a shifting schedule
