JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Full-time job, with or without BPO experience located in Cagayan de Oro.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, definite and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:
• At least 18 years old and above.
• At least HS graduate or SHS graduate for the new curriculum
• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Amendment to work on a shifting schedule
