Virtual Assistant Wanted! (Singapore Company)

Symple Marketing is looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who is able to execute assigned responsibilities in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

Your job scope includes the following:

- Update dates for landing pages for clients.
- Updating Zapier automations to ensure marketing flow and information is accurate and well integrated.
- Cross-referencing of data and leads.
- Update and ensure that email and SMS automations/blasts are set up in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the customer digital journey to be smooth a.k.a no technical issues along the way.

These are the platforms that will be advantageous if you have prior knowledge and experience in using them:

- Clickfunnels
- Zapier
- ActiveCampaign
- Slack
- Google Drive (Sheets)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

You may also have to undertake miscellaneous duties on occasion.

We need someone who is:
- Able to communicate and read fluently in English.
- Friendly and Can-Do Attitude
- Highly Detail-Oriented
- Meticulous and Accurate
- Proactive & Takes Initiative
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing preferred
