Amazon/Facebook Marketplaces VA

We are looking to add a full-time or part-time Amazon FBA/Facebook marketplace VA Expert to our team. You should be self-motivated with experience in product sourcing wholesale to FBA. Applicants must be very familiar with Amazon's policies. You should be Confident, Self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and ready to start right away.

Duties to be performed will include:
FOR FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE:
Fulfillment of online orders via Facebook and Amazon
Researching potential products
Importing new products from other platforms (mainly Amazon) into the Facebook marketplace
Dealing with returns and replacements
Requesting reviews
Working with listings (updating, manipulating the price, renewing, changing photos, changing numbers in stock etc)
Customer service and communication through Facebook messenger
Solving unsatisfied customers' problems

FOR AMAZON:
1. PPC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
2.Product opportunity research, Amazon niche research, and Competitor analysis
3. Finding and communicating with Suppliers including RFQs
4. Create a list of potential products
5. Social media product promotions (Facebook, Instagram)
6. Control Amazon account
7. Product opportunity research, Amazon niche research, and Competitor analysis
8- Existing relationships with manufacturers and distributors for sourcing would be an asset.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Hardworking and reliable.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Experience in sourcing profitable wholesale products for the USA market.
- Contacting manufacturers, distributors, and brand owners.
- Opening wholesale accounts.
- Know how to use Amazon seller research tools.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Can follow instructions and work independently
- Experience in PPC
- Amazon FBA shipment and processing rules and regulations
Have great time management skills (fulfilling orders within 30 minutes, responding to customer requests in messenger within 5 minutes)
Have experience using Amazon and Facebook Marketplace.

Knowledge of the following software is a plus:
- Zik Analytics
- DMS
- Auto DS
