Experienced Link Builder

Our client is looking for an experienced Link Builder who can preferably work during US PST hours.  Ideal candidate must have the  ability to identify good link-building targets and conduct manual outreach (client will provide software, tools, and support);  ability to generate link-building strategies and ideas and ability to conduct research and utilize Excel. 

Applicants must have strong knowledge of SEO, both on-site (preferred) and off-site (mandatory). They should be up to date on current best practices, strategies, and techniques and should be able to speak about them conversationally with myself and the rest of the team.
