Pipeline Admin Support (VA)

What You'll Do:
This position is all about supporting the setters so they can focus on setting appointments. You will bridge the gap by ensuring new members are welcomed, tagged, and getting resources being requested within the group as well as reconciling our leads' database which is Pipedrive.
- Add new members into our Facebook group
- Ensure that new members (leads) are assigned correctly to the setters
- Ensure that the new members are subscribed correctly to our email list; manually reconciled those that have wrong information

What You Have:
- 1 year of experience in handling Facebook groups and creating, automation, and troubleshooting pipeline
- Knowledgeable with Pipedrive, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and Facebook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to identify problems and come up with solutions
- Excellent English communication skill
