Senior React Frontend Engineer Team Lead

About the Job:

You will lead our Frontend team of 5 people that uses React, write complex React code, and critique all Frontend React code pull requests.
We have 20 software engineers total, 5 Frontend, 10 Backend, and 5 Product Architects.
Our team is remote and is half Filipino and half American so speaking in English with Americans is a must.
The schedule in the Philippines would be from 9PM to 5AM Manila PST.
Our application is enterprise business software and complex.
You will also be interacting with our Backend team leads and Product Architects to determine how to best structure our application to support our Frontend.
Your expertise in React will be crucial to making sure we are architecting our Frontend correctly.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years total experience programming complex business web applications in team environments.
Has advanced programming experience, feels comfortable leading, teaching, and mentoring up to 5 other people as a team lead, and can write excellent React frontend code for complex business web applications.

Job Qualifications:

Must have experience working on complex interactive web applications that use React as the frontend.
Ability to work from home productively.
