We are looking for an experienced paid advertising manager:
The Job Duties:
Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords), Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
Emphasis on “beyond the click” metrics to maximize client’s sales conversions, and overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
Assist in the management of Display network placement lists in Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts as well as aiding in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, ROAS and other paid search initiatives.
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Professional Competencies:
Proficiency with eCommerce clients and Google Shopping Campaigns, client Product Feeds, and the ability to manipulate and adjust attributes as needed in order to combat any negative issues that may arise such as product disapprovals.
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and the understanding and implementation of Conversion Code.
Proficiency regarding the building and use of audiences to help “weed out” negative traffic, target better qualified traffic, and remarket (Remarketing and Dynamic Remarketing) products/services to the proper visitors that have already been to a client’s website.
Familiar with any number of call tracking products, and their implementation, such as Call Rail and/or Call Tracking Metrics among others.
Passion for Search and internet marketing.
Outstanding ability to “think outside the box” and identify and resolve problems through the use of seldom implemented strategies without the help of others.
The ability to share and/or teach new strategies with your peers in such a way that they understand them and can implement them on their own.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.

Professional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads (required) and / or Bing Ads (plus) and / or
Facebook
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
Google Ads Certified
Google Analytics Certified
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Web Development (Javascript, PHP, HTML) capabilities are a big plus.
3+ years Paid Search experience in an online environment.
