Job Title: HR/Admin Assistant
Availability: Immediately - Full Time
Work Location: Remote, work from home - Philippines
Salary: 18-22k
Work Schedule: 9am - 6pm (mon-fri) PHT
Job Requirements:
1. Min Age 25 years old
2. Good command of the English language
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
4. HR-related qualification & experience
5. In possession of a PC or laptop & a headset with a microphone
6. Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
8. Detail-oriented & well organized
Responsibilities:
1. HR and Admin functions such as screening CVs & shortlisting candidates, preliminary interviews, scheduling candidate
interviews with advisers & managers across the board
2. Maintaining and updating recruitment process database
3. Conducting training sessions for prospective candidates
4. Facilitating Orientation & joining formalities for new employees such as contracts, documents, etc
5. Maintaining a database of all training & call recordings
6. Co-ordinating & Liaising with the manager for other admin related tasks
