Andy Mai Ltd have been succeeding in business for the past 2 years and consistently increasing our revenue monthly.

With hundreds of student and business class mentorship under our program we need more passionate and dedicated tea ---------- mbers who are willing to grow with us.

As we are a fully remote team working across different time zones, we value flexibility and a collaborative attitude as critical attributes for this position. This job is remote so you will be working independently at your own preferred time.

We are looking for a Sales Representative/Appointment Setter. You will be reaching out with prospects who are eager to speak with you. (Do ZERO cold calling/marketing to fill up your calendar)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be on the phone with prospects and inform them about our services
-Create an excellent first impression and build quick phone rapport with prospects
-Field questions and concerns about the services we offer
-Set appointments for our sales team
-Coding or entering data as appointments in our database

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

-With HIGHLY COMPETENT English Speaking Skills, with UA/AU/UK accent
-At least 1-2 years proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role in a BPO industry
-You are energetic and want to help your clients realize their professional aspirations
-Superb interpersonal skills - to quickly build rapport with customers.
-With reliable internet, good computer specs and a quiet environment to be able to make high quality calls
-Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
-Helper at nature; willing to go above and beyond what is required to ensure client satisfaction
