Hello!
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and trustworthy Team/Service Manager.
Requirements:
• We work in click-up and we have projects in Teamwork system and application. We are looking for a Superstar kind of a person who can lead and manage a team.
• We have 20 people now who we have been managing. We need the right h person for the job to be able to help us with taking over the team. Most of the team is from the Philippines and are all Filipinos.
Responsibilities:
• Your job will be to make sure everyone is doing their tasks for the day and if they need anything then you will be the person they come to.
• You will be the problem solver. You will be in direct contact with the CEO and you will be the person the team goes to for help.
• You need to be detail-oriented and a leader as well as a task manager. You need to PLAN and organize task so projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Your planning + your people managing skills are essential!
• You need to be good at creating SYSTEMS & PROCESSES.
• Anything we need done - Customer Service - We need a System & process for that
• Digital Marketing - We need a system and process for that.
• Everything needs to be documented with steps.
• We have everything almost done, it just needs to get out of our heads and onto a spreadsheet or Click Up
• If you can plan, then make plans happen this is what we want!
• We have lots of ideas, but we need someone who can make the ideas happen! A leader!
Compensation & Benefits:
• 40,000php per month. + 40,000 13th month bonus pay.
• Training for the first 3 months (we got burned before with manager quitting after a month and not delivering anything so we think a 3 month trial is a good start. You will know in a week if you want to stay with us or not)
• The compensation in the trial period is 20,000 PHP for the first 3 months then goes to 40,000 PHP.
• After the 3 month trial you also get 2 weeks paid vacation and 2 weeks sick leave paid so 4 weeks off time paid in total.
