Social Media Manager

We are looking for a social media manager to foster & engage our growing user community online. Fireflies is on a mission to change workplace productivity with an AI voice assistant and powerful workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Fireflies accounts on all social platforms (twitter, fb, ig, linkedin, quora, etc)
• Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily with a focus on images, graphics, videos to grow fan engagement on all platforms
• Working with the Content & design team to implement tailored social media strategy
• Sustain and grow our online community, respond to folks engaging with us online
• Develop an optimal posting schedule and calendar in line with organization's broader communications and marketing...

Skills Required:

• Excellent writer with personality and voice leaving no room for errors & typos
• Have managed social media sites end to end for 10k+ followers (peferrably a B2B brand)
• Good design sense & self sufficient and spinning up infographics, posters, gifs, and other content without relying on design team
• Understanding of social media analytics & kpis
• Strong project management skills and discipline in creating/managing an editorial calendar
