Web Design Template Installation

I need a template installed plus customized. The elements need to be replaced entirely with the brand I'm launching. All graphics will need to be edited to fit the content. I also need the template to fit into the standard & style of the aforementioned brand. An advanced knowledge of PHP, CSS & HTML + Ruby should be understood.
