This role will be managing a team of PPC Specialists. You will be the senior performance media manager in the team and a client service expert looking to be challenged, someone who is curious in their approach to campaign data analysis and thrives on delivering creative ways to grow client accounts presenting new opportunities.
You will leverage your experience to creatively use cutting edge technologies, build long-term partnerships, provide thoughtful insights, undertake successful optimisations and deliver best-in-market performance media activity.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the training and development of team members
- Provide oversight and work closely with other team members to meet client goals.
- Manage and ensure KPIs are set, performance catch-ups are held monthly and training needs are addressed appropriately.
- Provide recommendations and strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
- Provide oversight of all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Provide updates of SEM Industry changes and the latest practices and procedures to wider client teams.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Ensures team are upholding best practice planning processes and challenges bad briefs to prevent it.
- Regular communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, UAC and Apple Search Strategic mindset to building and deliver bid strategies and attribution models across Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo etc.
- Proven experience of on-going campaign optimisation to improve business objectives, such as ROAS and CPA. Able to deliver across a range of touchpoints; sales, store visits, online submissions, downloads etc.
- Complete and maintain all Google platform certifications (Search, Display, Mobile, Video, Shopping).
