Wordpress Programmer

I am looking for someone who can convert a web design in PSD format into a working wordpress site. You must know PHP and OOP - and of course W3C compliant XHTML and CSS. I will also be asking you to create and customize Wordpress plugins if the need arises. You must also know javascript (jQuery is fine), and if you know AJAX then plus points for you.

I am not looking for an SEO/Internet Marketeer/Writer/VA.
I am not looking for a graphic artist - though if you're a programmer and you have this skill, then additional points for you.
I am looking for a programmer.

Please send me your resume and some programming code that you've done. I'm not looking for anything mindblowing, just a snippet that shows that you know what you're doing and that you're good at programming.

Also, send me links to previous projects with a couple of lines telling me what your role was in that project.
