Looking for VA skilled in Drop-shipping Company Maintenance with special emphasis on Marketing/Sales

I have an e-commerce website wherein I sell close to 3,000 ---------- 's from a U.S. supplier (drop-shipping company) and I need help with product listing (SEO-standard posting) and product out-sourcing.

My main focus is on Marketing. I need some one exceptionally skilled at creating Ads for Microsoft, Google, Facebook and more where applicable. The goal is to drive traffic to my store and help generate sales. Someone who is familiar with Conversion tracking and impressions to clicks ratios is a huge plus.

Also, I'd like to add Google Analytics to my website and would like someone who has expertise in this area to assist.

Tasks (not limited to:)
1. Editing all of my product listings to make them SEO standard. (We'll go over this in training)
2. Posting some of my products to the facebook market place
3. Posting some of my items to Ebay (possibly connecting my store to ebay).
4. Product sourcing -- Researching the right profitable items from my supplier and other places (such as ebay & Amazon)
5. Creating Ads for Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.
6. Researching proper keywords to use in tags and ads.
7. Creating feasible methods to drive traffic and sales to my site.
8. Handling returns and sales that are not automated from Supplier (Will go ver this in training)
