Digital Projects Manager

We're looking for a Digital Projects Lead to directly handle web projects with our account managers and clients.

Are you:
- excels at written and spoken English?
- understands web design, development, hosting, quality assurance, SEO, analytics and tracking projects, and can work with our developers to bring things to life and solve problems quickly?
- someone who is an overcommunicator? Happy to give daily updates on all projects and manage upwards to ensure you have what you need to deliver projects for our clients?

Requirements:
- Good computer and internet
- Good English
- Comfort jumping on video calls
- Comfort using project management tools and messaging tools to communicate
- Ideally, strong abilities on Wordpress//Shopify/using and implementing tracking codes

Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

--SEO--
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
Develop and implement link building campaigns
Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

--Analytics and Tracking Implementation--
Implementing Tracking and Event codes on websites and Google Tag Manager
Assist with the setup of custom conversions and events
Implementation of tracking on Wordpress, shopify, custom html and landing page builders
testing and bug fixing for tracking and analytics
creation of our dashboards on Dashthis to assist with client reporting
Landing Pages and Web Maintenance
Implementation of web maintenance tasks on Wordpress
Implementation of security checks and plugin updates
Creation of landing pages as required in Unbounce

--Web Project Management--
Management of the development project deliverables to ensure all work is delivered on time, on scope and on budget
Quality checks for work delivered by the development team
Management of development team workload
Weekly WIP updates to the studio manager
Security management for clients websites and business servers
Server maintenance and update management

--Administration--
Competent maintenance of company folder and file systems
Miscellaneous administrative tasks where required
Competent maintenance of company folder and file systems
Attend meetings with clients where required
Assistance with the onboarding process
