JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:

Candidate must have atleast 6 months exp in a call center - support environment
Great skills in handling issues concerning hotel bookings & reservations
Good English Communication skills
Preferably those that worked with Travel Websites like Expedia, Tourico, etc... but not a required
Anyone whos sharp in resolving issues & can think on their feet
Candidate needs to be google savvy, cause the task entails validation & back ground checks whether or not their Credit card is valid
Candidate should be of professionally acceptable personality
Candidates must be amenable to be asigned in Ortigas
