Appointment Setter

Our PR agency. is looking for an Appointment Setter to join the team in providing the best public relations services available! Founded in 2019, our company has become a force in the public relations industry, providing high quality service throughout the globe. We are looking for a motivated team member to help with the increase of customers and sales by setting appointments, organizing appointment slots and making calls to customers and potential customers. Training is available. Monthly retainer fee as well as a competitive commission that’ll grow per quarter. All applicants must be energetic and motivated; dependable, and goal ---------- ll center or phone sales or high ticket experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- English speaking(Preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Place outbound calls on behalf of the company (we provide a phone number)
- Set up appointments and act as a liaison between the company and the customers
- Be able to offer customer service and answer general questions regarding their appointments and services provided
- Be able to pre-qualify warm leads to place on our sales teams calendar to generate sales towards potential customers
- Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date
- Connect with potential clients across all of our social media accounts (DM's and private messages)
