This is for the Appointment Setter Rockstars. We’re looking to hire those that love to sell, love to make money, follow up like a boss, stay insanely organized, and best of all…. Get to help clients grow their lifestyle & business (oftentimes save their business and lives).

You must be committed 100% to:
- Making calls on behalf of Realtors, book calls in their calendars & Transfer calls Live
- Learning every day
- Train on your own and constantly learning to be better at calling cold leads, objections pre-handling and prevention & role playing
- Accepting feedback
- Staying organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Following up relentlessly
- Tracking all metrics such as calls, appointments, offers, sales, reasons why people did not take the action you want
- Practice your sales skills like a professional athlete does to add value to the team



***EXPECTATIONS from Appointment Setter Rockstars***


1. 50-150 daily calls on behalf of our Realtor clients

2. Marketing Crm Go High-Level Experience knowledge(further training will be provided )

3. Your Job is Booking appointments, Live Transfer & Follow up calls

4. Access to Google tracking Sheet for daily tracking

5. Ongoing Learning from our Training Materials & SOP’s

6. Daily Huddles & Weekly EOW meetings

7. Daily reporting

8. We will put you for calls once we are confident that you can maintain the same quality work and practiced the script enough

***Payment Structure***

1st week of training is unpaid after that, the first 2 months $4+ performance Bonus,
From 3rd month $5 +Performance Bonuses.
