Full Charge Bookkeeper Accountant and Financial Analyst For Home Services Contractor

We are looking for an experience accountant and financial analyst to keep our fence contractor financial healthy and fiscally on track. You will be reporting directly to the owner of the company with considerable authority and responsibility. This is a full time long term position with a growing company that believe in the hiring exceptional employees in the Philippines as a part of it's long term business strategy.

Your roll will include:
-Implementing a new job cost accounting program (not currently implemented resulting in project cost overruns and lack of transparency into material usage).
- Developing a PO system and AR/AP procedures and best practices for the company and ensure they are followed
- AP/AR
- Reconciliations
- Cash cycle reporting
- Business analyst activities such as actual vs estimate margins
- Financial report development for the owner
- Making decisions on policies to improve the financial position of the company
- Running payroll
- Analyzing potential business acquisitions
- Forensic auditing
- Budget creation

Applicants should have exceptional english as you will be representing our company to us based suppliers, vendors, and customers in a role of authority. You should be able to carry on a conversation with minimal accent in english.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with US accounting best practices
Experience with Quickbooks online

After 90 day assessment period we honor all philippines holidays, offer 13 month, and will contribute to phil health on your behalf.
