JOB OVERVIEW

Convomat is a chatbot-based marketing automation software for Amazon sellers who wish to automate their Amazon product launch strategies using chatbots.

We are looking for a Customer Success Managers to create a team of highly motivated and technical experts that will be the point of contact for new customers and ensure that they receive the right support and value when using our platform.

Our Customer Success Managers are highly respected for their knowledge in marketing, chatbots, Amazon Marketplace and have the skills and empathy to meet our customers’ business challenges through the use of Convomat’s powerful tools.

You will be smart, adaptive, curious and consultative, with a great attitude and focused on helping your customers understand how Convomat’s tools provide successful solutions for their business ---------- addition, you must be familiar with Facebook Messenger and ---------- .

What you will be doing:

You will manage multiple Convomat’s accounts, understand what your customers’ needs are and help them develop a relevant, actionable plan to quickly implement Convomat’s tools in their business. Your professionalism and expertise will ensure that your customers are successful in their utilisation and adoption of Convomat technology and services which will quickly result in a positive ROI. When new features are released, you will be the one communicating them via email to your portfolio of customers and help them with the implementation, if needed.
Customer Support will be another crucial part of your role. Although dedicated customer support specialists will be added to the team, it’s important that you will be able to help you customers when they have issues with the tool or for any other request that requires your attention.
When a bug is found or reported by your customer, you must promptly report it to the development team via a support ticket.

Skills Required:

- Solid background creating chatbot funnels with ManyChat using external APIs
- Knowledgeable about Facebook’s latest TOS related to Messenger
- Experience working with Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Solid understanding of the SaaS space, being able to detect and report bugs to the development team
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow within position, and proactively pursue such growth and learning opportunities
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Background in coding and development, not required but a big plus
