Need A VA For my ETSY Store

I need a Virtual Assistant for my Online Etsy Store.
Job responsibilities will be:
-Managing Store
-10 Listings per day
-Solve customer' Queries
-Know how to run etsy ads (preference will be given)
-Previous experience if have any will give you an edge over other candidates.
